We
at VirtuCon are very proud of our mail services. Running proprietary mail software on our server farm, we are able to obtain results unachievable on other
systems. We are thus able to offer these services to the customer in a remarkably
easy to use form. These services include mail relaying and POP3 and IMAP service.

Mail relaying is a system where a client sends a message to our mail server and
our mail server will retransmit it to other destinations. This service can be
made to be anonymous, where the intended recipient has no idea where the message
originated from. Please note that there are US federal regulations on the mass
mailing technique that can be used, and we do comply with them. We recommend that
you do the same. We will not do business with you if you plan to violate
these laws and extra arbitrary damages apply.
Mail relaying may be scheduled or unscheduled. Scheduled mail relaying usually
runs between 5am and 7am, but we must coordinate the dates and times of the mailing.
We use scheduled mailings to use times that bandwidth utilization is lowest on
our network. Reasons unscheduled mail is used include when a client requires rapid
distribution of messages or does not have a specific scheduled process time with
our engineers. Fees for unscheduled mail are significantly higher due to drain
of bandwidth at critical times. There is a $15,000 fee for unscheduled mail server
use.

Client is also required to provide accurate project information including message
to be sent, the full list of recipients, and an accurate billing address via email
to virtucon@virtucon.net. Scheduled email
will be queued as available. Unscheduled email may begin as soon as immediately.
If information is not accurate, client is subject to additional fees including
but not limited to the full consulting rate of the account, depending who does
the work. Any resulting unavailability of the mail server due to mail services
is subject to fees including consulting and outage costs of no less than $5,000
per hour while the server is unavailable.
Receiving email through this network may also have fees. If messages pass through
this network and there has been a notice that this is unwanted data, very large
fees apply as we must spend human time to handle such emails. In such a case, our
standard hourly rates apply plus mail server fees plus possible afterhours fees
plus an additional charge for
dealing with unwanted data. Additional expenses will apply.
All Accounts must be paid in advance. Any account not paid in advance is subject
to a $1000 administrative fee. Any account not paid within 30 calendar days is
subject to interest at 20% APR, plus late fees and other charges and expenses.
This Agreement
is subject to change. All terms of this Agreement are subject to Delaware law,
and all legal issues shall take place in the state of Delaware. |
